What We Need to Design a System for You

System Specifications

Our systems are custom configured for every application. Therefore, we need a system specification that properly describes your requirements before we can design a system for you. These questions must be resolved regardless of which control system you choose. We just want to get it all down on paper, formally. Using the detailed information that you supply about your layout, equipment, and control needs, we will engineer and configure a system that will provide the best control for your situation and the easiest path to possible future expansion. This process can take considerable time and thought on your part and on ours, but it is well worth the effort.  We need to understand every control group (climate, irrigation/nutrient control system) that you have, and every control point (all of the equipment you have or will have, how it operates, and where it is located.) This includes all heating system transport lines, pumps, mixing valves, curtains, fans, lights, vents, CO2, irrigation, nutrient and other equipment to be controlled. The better the job we both do, the better your system will be.

Our workbook will help you itemize your control needs and describe your operation. Once we've reviewed your information, we will engineer an Argus System that meets your needs, and we will provide you with a preliminary quotation for your review.

YOU must understand what the Argus System can control and how we propose to control it.

WE must understand your operation well enough so that we can build and configure a custom control solution.

After agreeing upon final design specifications, the full system price, and payment details, we will then build and deliver your system.
