That's why we offer toll-free phone support in the U.S. and Canada, and all of our systems are supplied with modems for remote support. With Argus, help is always just a phone call away. We don't use call centers. You talk directly to our Factory trained technicians. Our friendly and knowledgeable customer support staff can help you to make changes to your system and quickly analyze any problems on-line. Since Argus hardware components and software have proven so reliable, we spend most of our service and support time helping our customers to understand and get the most out of their systems. We believe that when you buy an Argus System, you shouldn’t have to pay for our problems. It is our obligation to help you to understand and operate our systems and to sort through problems without charging you extra for it. You won't have to buy service contracts or pay annual maintenance fees. Low Ownership CostsYou will likely never need on-site service. Our systems are designed from the ground up for remote support. Youll only pay for additional parts, training, or system configuration should your requirements fall outside of your original system specifications.
